Well first off, Kelly is basically an angel so there's that. If that's not enough here's the rest of the review: She. Is. Good. I'm talking comps on properties ready to go *before* showings, digging through HOA documents for anything concerning, reaching out to the associations for clarifications, researching transferable warranties and what to do to make it happen, building relationships with other realtors to dig up more information on properties, it goes on and on. It really is almost a shame I didn't get to work with her for very long; the first offer we placed together was accepted and that was that. She knew what it was going to take, and a day later we went under contract. I joke that it was so easy when in reality she was doing all the work behind the scenes.
